Job Description

This 3rd shift Assembler 2 position involves performing repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations for medical devices. The role requires adherence to standard operating procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, accurate documentation, and the ability to inspect for quality variations in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess relevant manufacturing experience, good coordination, and a high school diploma.
Must Have:
  • Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assembly drawings.
  • Work in a fast-paced quality and integrity-focused environment.
  • Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Accurately document entries in the Lot History Record.
  • Demonstrate competence in production methods and inspect for variations.
  • Acquire relevant work experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Possess good hand-to-hand and hand-to-eye coordination.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Successfully perform minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements.
  • Be a self-starter and work independently and with a team.

Performs a variety or repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations in the production of medical devices, this is a 3rd shift position.

Your role:

  • Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs)and assembly drawings.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced quality and with integrity always environment
  • Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices with regard to material labeling, SOPs and proper segregation of material in the production process.
  • Accurately document all required entries in the Lot History Record
  • Must demonstrate competence regarding correct production process methods and be able to inspect for variation from theses correct methods.

  • Your skills include good hand-to-hand and hand-to-eye coordination
  • You have a high school dipolma or equivalent.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.
  • You’re a self-starter and have the ability to work independently and with a team of people

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Colorado Springs, CO is $17.75 to $26.19 plus eligible overtime and third shift differential.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
