- Actively drive a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging LEAN methodology and Philips Excellence Practices.
- Build and operate a strong network of stakeholders, BPE/O, and peers in Markets, Businesses, key zone stakeholders, and other functions.
- Lead and develop the supply chain team to ensure the long-term and short-term capabilities.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in people leading (ideally in a corporate world).
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in areas such as Order Management, Logistics, Process Improvement, Business Administration, Customer Service, or similar.
- Fluent English.
- Hands-on experience with process improvement e.g., LEAN techniques and culture.

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will work for a Personal Health business. You will also lead a team of 10-15 team members within Order Management.
Your role:
