As a Supply Chain Manager, you will work for a Personal Health business. You will also lead a team of 10-15 team members within Order Management.
Your role:
- Establishes a responsive, agile supply chain by translating supply chain strategy into processes and policies
- Maximizes business performance and profitability
- Drives supply chain transformation towards digital capabilities through transparency/visibility and data-driven decision making
- Actively drives a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging LEAN methodology and Philips Excellence Practices
- Build and operate a strong network of stakeholders, BPE/O, and peers in Markets, Businesses, key zone stakeholders, and other functions
- Lead and develop the supply chain team to ensure the long-term and short-term capabilities
- Invest in self-development and build your own knowledge base
You're the right fit if you have:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in people leading (ideally in a corporate world)
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in areas such as Order Management, Logistics, Process Improvement, Business Administration, Customer Service, or similar
- Fluent English
- Hands-on experience with process improvement e.g., LEAN techniques and culture
- You enjoy having direct contact with customers and keeping a high standard of communication
- You bring a positive "can-do" attitude and are always ready to lend a hand to others.
