In the Group Finance & Accounting team, you will work with colleagues who think strategically about finances and design efficient processes. Together, you ensure that reports, figures, and decisions are reliable at all times. You use modern tools to optimize workflows and are the central point of contact for all questions regarding accounting, treasury, and financing. Must Have
- Organize appointments and travel independently to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate communication between internal contacts to efficiently manage information.
- Digitally manage invoices, contracts, and documents.
- Support in the preparation of meetings, presentations, and management templates.
- Monitor deadlines and appointments for accounting, treasury, and financing topics.
- Support projects for process optimization, digitalization, and automation.
- Several years of experience in an assistant function, ideally in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Proficiency in digital tools and AI applications.
- Organizational talent, quality awareness, and discretion.
- Empathy, loyalty, and a professional demeanor.
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented work style.
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
