Assistant Project Leader Roads & Sewerage

As an Assistant Project Leader, you will be responsible for the daily management of construction sites, preparing and executing works by guiding foremen, workers, and subcontractors. Key tasks include material management, site administration, and maintaining contact with clients and other stakeholders. The role requires a construction diploma or equivalent experience, proficiency in Dutch and French, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Must Have

• Daily management of the construction site in consultation with the project leader
• Responsible for the preparation and execution of works by constructively managing foremen, workers, and subcontractors
• Order and manage materials
• Responsible for site administration
• Maintain contacts with the client, engineering firm, and other involved parties
• Familiar with standard specification 250
• Construction diploma or equivalent by experience
• Good knowledge of Dutch and French
• Flexible, socially skilled, and good organizational capacity
• Strong in communicating and motivating people
• Good technical background
• Proficient with PC: MS Office

Job Description

• You are responsible for the daily management of the construction site in consultation with the project leader;
• You are jointly responsible for the preparation and execution of the works by constructively managing foremen, workers, and subcontractors;
• You order and manage materials;
• You are responsible for site administration;
• You maintain contacts with the client, the engineering firm, and other involved parties;
• You are familiar with standard specification 250.

Job Requirements

• You have a construction diploma or equivalent by experience;
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch and French;
• You are flexible, socially skilled, and have good organizational capacity;
• Communicating and motivating people are your strong points;
• You have a good technical background and are proficient with PC: MS Office, Ms Project (is a plus point).
