This role involves promoting Travel Campus programs, advising students from initial contact to their return, and driving sales through prospecting and managing calls. The position requires a bilingual profile (English/Spanish), minimum higher education with 2 years of commercial experience, strong sales orientation, interpersonal skills, and a Spanish work permit. The role is 100% in-person, with availability for incorporation in January 2026.
Must Have
- Promote Travel Campus programs
- Advise students from first contact until their return from the trip
- Drive sales through contact with prospects
- Manage a high volume of calls
- Work in a team to achieve objectives
- Represent the brand at events
- Collaborate with international teams and campuses
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Minimum higher education
- 2 years commercial experience valued
- Strong sales orientation
- Interpersonal skills
- Work permit in Spain
- Availability for incorporation in January 2026
- Previous experience in a sales position, ideally in a travel agency
- Possess interpersonal and communication skills
- Be able to work autonomously and organized, with a high sense of responsibility
- High level of English (C1 level)

- Knowledge of international school and institution programs is an advantage
- Available and flexible, with a good team spirit
- Good geographical knowledge
- Experience and enjoyment of travel
