Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager at SoftwareOne, you will guide enterprise and SMB customers in Japan to maximize the value of Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring seamless adoption and long-term success. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving engagement and usage of Microsoft 365 Modern Work and Security solutions through onboarding, workshops, and business reviews. Key objectives include accelerating M365 adoption, delivering onboarding sessions, and identifying up-sell/cross-sell opportunities with Sales teams.

Must Have

  • Existing full-time work rights in Japan
  • Ability to commute to our Tokyo office (hybrid workstyle)
  • Full professional proficiency in Japanese
  • Working proficiency in English (reading/writing essential)
  • Relevant experience with M365/Azure solutions (e.g., Active Directory, SharePoint, Security, Productivity, AI)
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
  • Advise customers on best practices for Microsoft 365 usage and security
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and workshops to improve engagement
  • Drive Monthly Active Usage and monitor performance metrics
  • Collaborate with Sales and Solution Sales teams to uncover growth opportunities
  • Analyze data and generate reports to identify optimization strategies

The Role

You will act as a trusted advisor, driving engagement and usage of Microsoft 365 Modern Work and Security solutions. Through onboarding, workshops, and business reviews, you’ll help customers achieve their goals while identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.

Objectives

  • Accelerate adoption of Microsoft 365 services for EA/CSP customers.
  • Deliver onboarding sessions and regular business reviews.
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise customers on best practices for Microsoft 365 usage and security.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and workshops to improve engagement.
  • Drive Monthly Active Usage and monitor performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Solution Sales teams to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to identify optimization strategies.

What we need to see from you

  • Existing full-time work rights in Japan.
  • Ability to commute to our Tokyo office (about 50/50 Hybrid Workstyle: 2-3 day onsite, 2-3 day remote per week).
  • Full professional proficiency in Japanese and working proficiency in English (reading/writing essential).
  • Relevant experience with M365/Azure solutions (e.g. Active Directory, SharePoint, Security, Productivity, AI).
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
