BESIX Infra is a leading contractor for road construction and sewerage in Flanders and Brussels. As an Assistant Project Leader, you will be responsible for the daily management of construction sites, overseeing the preparation and execution of works, managing materials, and handling site administration. You will also maintain crucial contacts with clients, engineering firms, and other involved parties, ensuring smooth project delivery.
Must Have
- Daily management of construction sites in consultation with the project leader
- Responsible for preparation and execution of works
- Constructively manage foremen, workers, and subcontractors
- Order and manage materials
- Responsible for site administration
- Maintain contacts with clients, engineering firms, and other parties
- Familiarity with standard specification 250
- Construction diploma or equivalent experience
- Good knowledge of Dutch and French
- Flexible, socially skilled, and good organizational ability
- Strong in communication and motivating people
- Good technical background and proficient with PC (MS Office)

Job Description
- You are responsible for the daily management of the construction site in consultation with the project leader.
- You are jointly responsible for the preparation and execution of the works by constructively managing foremen, workers, and subcontractors.
- You order and manage materials.
- You are responsible for site administration.
- You maintain contacts with the client, the engineering firm, and other involved parties.
- You are familiar with standard specification 250.
Job Requirements
- You have a construction diploma or equivalent by experience.
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch and French.
- You are flexible, socially skilled, and have good organizational ability.
- You are strong in communicating and motivating people.
- You have a good technical background and can easily use PC: MS Office, MS Project (is a plus point).
