Project Manager, Deployments

Sanctuary AI is seeking a Project Manager, Deployments to lead the operational coordination of technology deployments from the lab to real-world environments. Reporting to the CTO, this role involves managing pilot sites and customer programs, ensuring smooth, safe, and on-schedule deployment of robots, systems, and infrastructure across multiple locations. It's a hands-on role requiring close collaboration with engineering, operations, manufacturing, and customer teams to ensure precision and clarity in every deployment.

Must Have

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end project plans for system deployments.

Your New Role and Team

Sanctuary AI, a world leader in building dexterity-driven Physical AI for general purpose robots, is seeking a Project Manager, Deployments to help bring our technology from the lab to real world environments.

Reporting to the CTO, you will act as the operational driver coordinating deployment activities for Sanctuary’s pilot sites and customer programs. You will ensure that our robots, systems, and infrastructure are deployed smoothly, safely, and on schedule across multiple locations.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented project management role that blends planning, coordination, and execution. You will work closely with engineering, operations, manufacturing, and customer teams to make sure every deployment, whether at a customer site or internal facility, runs with precision and clarity.

Success Criteria

Your Experience and Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in project management, operations, or deployment coordination in technology, robotics, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record managing complex logistics, multi-site projects, or customer delivery programs.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across technical and business teams.
• Comfortable managing details including tracking shipments, installation checklists, readiness reviews, and scheduling dependencies.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support deployments.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field.
