You will be a member of the Driver operations and Community team which is one the primary functions of managing supply over 100K across the country. We have taken care of our drivers since day one and ensure "Best in class Driver platform experience". Work here is inter-disciplinary – a combination of strategy initiative, data analyzing and operation.

As part of the Driver Operations and Community team, you'll help shape the experience of over 100,000 drivers nationwide. Our mission is to ensure that drivers receive the best-in-class platform experience and communication is at the heart of that. You will offer a dynamic blend of strategy, data, and operations, giving you hands-on exposure to end-to-end campaign execution.
You'll create and drive content strategies across several platforms including websites, blogs, in-app, and social media to meet our goals such as increasing traffic or product adoption. From developing communications to managing campaigns, you'll work with design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that every message is clear, and impactful. You will report to Senior Manager, Driver Management and work on site
