Associate Infrastructure L2

As an Associate Infrastructure L2 (DevOps) at Publicis Sapient, you will support and maintain cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD pipelines. This role involves ensuring high availability and performance, automating provisioning with tools like Terraform and Ansible, monitoring system health, and collaborating with development teams to optimize CI/CD. You will also implement containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, troubleshoot issues, ensure security compliance, and document processes, while staying updated on emerging cloud technologies.

Must Have

• Support and maintain cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Monitor system health, performance, and security, and respond to incidents in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and ensure seamless application deployment.
• Implement and maintain containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and industry standards.
• Document infrastructure and deployment processes for knowledge sharing and training.
• Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• 2+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IAC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
• Scripting skills in Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
