Job Description

The Investor Services team at SS&C administers investor activity for fund clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing of investor transactions and effective communication. This role involves being the primary contact for fund investors and managers, providing excellent client service, and collaborating with the team. Responsibilities include monitoring bank accounts, processing investor subscriptions and redemptions, communicating with investors, preparing transaction reports, validating statements, and preparing wire transfer instructions.

Must Have:
  • Monitor bank accounts & reconcile account activity to subscription agreements
  • Process investor subscription and redemption activity in accordance with the fund’s offering documents
  • Communicate with investors through email management and phone / MS Teams
  • Prepare investor transaction reports for delivery to fund accountants and fund management
  • Follow up with fund management on pending transactions
  • Prepare and validate investor statements to fund accounting information
  • Prepare wire transfer instructions in accordance with investor instructions or fund management instructions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar field
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite, including Excel
