Overview

Associate Technology L2

As an Associate Technology L2, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications using Golang. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize backend services, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Your Impact

• Design, develop, and deploy Golang-based applications that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability by implementing best practices.
• Integrate Golang applications with cloud services, databases, and third-party APIs.
• Conduct code reviews, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for improvement.
• Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability by following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to continuous learning initiatives.

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in Golang development with a strong understanding of its core concepts.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based deployments.
• Proficiency in working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.

Set Yourself Apart With

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with performance optimization and security best practices.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and automation tools.
