Job Description

As part of a temporary contract (maternity leave replacement, approximately 6 months), you will join the Digital Marketing team and report directly to the Media Manager. Your main responsibilities include coordinating digital media briefings, executing and optimizing digital multimedia campaigns, advising on budget allocation, analyzing campaign performance, and contributing to the European digital strategy. You will also analyze campaign data, define digital benchmarks, create dashboards, and provide optimization recommendations.

  • Preference for Google Analytics (GA) skills.
Must Have:
  • Coordinate digital media briefing and response process between local agencies and brand managers.
  • Execute and optimize digital multimedia campaigns in collaboration with agencies or retailers.
  • Advise on budget allocation by brand for online media plans (awareness, engagement, conversion).
  • Analyze campaigns and share market insights.
  • Work closely with the regional team to define the European digital strategy.
  • Propose and execute test and learn initiatives for digital media evolution.
  • Analyze campaign performance across various platforms (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Prime Video, programmatic, gaming).
  • Define and update digital benchmarks based on Mattel FR KPIs and previous campaign reports.
  • Create custom dashboards and send reports to help brand managers track activities.
  • Provide optimization recommendations based on reporting.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence on web technologies and analytics.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media.
  • Excellent digital media and WebAnalytics skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Ability to effectively manage projects in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Job Description

The Opportunity:

Digital Media Campaign:

  • Coordinate digital media briefing and the brief response process between local agencies and local brand managers, in accordance with Mattel FR's digital strategy.
  • Execute and optimize digital multimedia campaigns in collaboration with agencies or directly with retailers (conversion campaigns).
  • Advise on budget allocation by brand for online media plans: awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Analyze campaigns and share your market insights.
  • Work closely with the regional team to contribute to the definition of the European digital strategy.
  • Propose and execute test and learn initiatives to monitor the evolution of digital media.

Analytics:

  • Analyze campaign performance (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Prime Video, programmatic campaigns, gaming campaigns, etc.).
  • Define and update digital benchmarks, based on Mattel FR key performance indicators and previous campaign reports.
  • Create custom dashboards and send reports to help brand managers track their brands' activities.
  • Make optimization recommendations based on reporting.
  • Competitive intelligence on web technologies and Web analytics.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media.
  • Excellent skills in digital media and WebAnalytics (preference for GA).
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Ability to effectively manage projects in a fast-paced and very demanding environment.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills.
