As the Associate Producer of Secret Lair within Studio X, you will guide the workflow and project management for product for Secret Lair; Magic’s experimental sub-brand. You will build and improve work systems, supervise a vast array of in-flight projects, and help grow Secret Lair’s product output and quality. You’ll work closely with the other members of the core Secret Lair team, while also working across the org to unlock what’s needed for our customers, partners, and business.


What You'll Do:

  • Build and maintain production schedules ensuring on time product launches

  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure flawless communication and execution

  • Communicate effectively across multiple teams and seniority levels

  • Handle internal and external asset tracking and approvals

  • Lead weekly production meetings with a drive for results

  • Collaborate across the Studio producer group to support process improvement initiatives

  • Build trust and positive relationships across all teams

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years as an Associate Producer, Associate Project Manager, or similar project management position in games or a creative environment

  • Strong project management skills; capable of prioritizing and coordinating multiple projects

  • Excellent, clear, and concise verbal and written communication

  • Experience working with Smartsheet, Confluence, Excel and digital asset management systems

  • Ability to navigate and support creatives in an ambiguous and fast-paced creative environment

Compensation Range, Currency USD:

  • Starting Pay Range: $72,960

  • Pay Range End: $124,320
