Job Summary

The Automation Developer assesses, develops, and implements quality and business process strategies, programs, policies, training, and improvements across the company. This role involves analyzing and recommending company standards for quality measurement, functioning in a consultative capacity for process mapping, documentation, and re-engineering. The developer will also develop, implement, and analyze customer satisfaction surveys, leading complex projects and guiding less experienced team members. They will evaluate issues and propose solutions, requiring resourcefulness and independent judgment.

Functions in a consultative role with various departments and the executive team in process mapping, documentation, and re-engineering. Develops, implements, and analyzes customer satisfaction surveys and recommend quality and business process improvements to address findings. Independently leads complex and broad scope projects/initiatives. Intermediate professional working on projects of a moderate scope or on varied tasks that require resourcefulness, self-initiative, and significant independent judgement. Demonstrates a developing functional knowledge to evaluate the implications of issues and make recommendations for solutions. Guides less experienced team members. May recommend new procedures. Minimally requires a Master's degree, or Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience, or high school degree and 4 years of related experience.
