Job Summary

SS&C Advent is seeking a Client Support Representative for its Client Services team in Hyderabad. This role involves providing primary support to clients using Advent's software solutions, documenting issues, participating in training, and creating knowledge base documents. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of technical support experience, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English, with a willingness to work in shifts to support international clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The position offers extensive training and opportunities for career development within a dynamic financial services technology environment.

Must Have

  • Provide primary support to clients utilizing Advent's software solutions
  • Document all case issues and resolutions in CRM and case handling system
  • Participate in all required internal training sessions
  • Create and update knowledge base documents
  • Deepen Advent product knowledge through successful completion of Advent’s certification program
  • Present complex technical information in a simplified and clear manner to groups of clients, other support reps and managers
  • Work with international clients, multitude of cultures, languages
  • Adhere to the defined SLA and processes as defined
  • 1-5 years’ experience in technical support or related service-industry role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Able to work closely with clients
  • Flexibility to support our clients' market hours (Across Europe, Middle East & Africa)
  • Able to work in shifts
  • Work to support Middle East market, working days shall be – Sunday to Thursday

Join a talented and hard-working SCP-certified Client Services team at SS&C’s Hyderabad location, focused on providing great service to optimize our clients’ use of our solutions.

SS&C Advent’s Global Client Services department promotes a client-focused support culture that rewards employees for innovation, professionalism, and personal development. The Client Services department attracts and develops the top talent within Advent and has traditionally been the launching pad for long term careers that span multiple business units. We will provide new Client Support Representatives with extensive and formalized training. Throughout the training period, all candidates are required to pass assessment tests and a final certification as a requirement for continued employment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary support to clients utilizing Advents software solutions.
  • Document all case issues and resolutions in our CRM and case handling system
  • Participate in all required internal training sessions
  • Create and update knowledge base documents
  • Deepen Advent product knowledge through successful completion of Advent’s certification program
  • Present complex technical information in a simplified and clear manner to groups of clients, other support reps and managers
  • Work with international clients, multitude of cultures, languages
  • Experience with Advent Geneva would be an added advantage
  • Good troubleshooting skills and able to provide quick solutions to the client
  • Understanding of basic networking, SQL, coding would be added advantage
  • Adhere to the defined SLA and processes as defined

Minimum Qualification Requirements

  • 1-5 years’ experience in technical support or related service-industry role
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
  • Fluency in English & able to work closely with clients
