Job Summary
At IO Interactive, we are seeking an Office Assistant in Copenhagen to be the heartbeat of our studio. This role involves maintaining a welcoming, inclusive, and inspiring environment through day-to-day operations, facilities support, and cultural initiatives. You will ensure smooth studio operations, manage deliveries, provide reception cover, and plan internal social and team-building events, contributing to a space where creativity thrives and team members feel supported and empowered.
Must Have
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting studio environment
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep everything running smoothly
- Ensure kitchen appliances are clean and in good working order, and restock fridges and snack bars
- Assist with meeting preparations, providing snacks and drinks, and tidying up afterwards
- Manage deliveries, from studio supplies to merchandise
- Provide reception cover and warmly welcome guests
- Support with ad hoc tasks to keep operations efficient and seamless
- Plan and execute internal social and team-building events for the Copenhagen studio
- Collaborate with the Global Event Coordinator to align efforts across all studios
- Help create a vibrant, inspiring atmosphere through studio decorations and cultural initiatives

- Professional, approachable and service-minded when assisting colleagues and guests
- Reliable and proactive in completing daily tasks
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and other office tools
- Fluent in English and Danish

Job Description

You’ll be the heartbeat of our Copenhagen studio, making sure the environment is welcoming, inclusive, and inspiring. From day-to-day operations to cultural initiatives, your work will help create a space where creativity thrives. In addition, this role includes a series of tasks related to coordinating internal events for the Copenhagen studio. As we continue to push creative boundaries, we need someone who will help keep our studios running smoothly and ensure every team member feels supported and empowered.
The start date will be February 1st in Copenhagen.
We will review candidates in early December.
Interviews start mid-December/January.
What you will do
##### Office & Facilities Support
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting studio environment, ensuring shared spaces like kitchens, gaming lounges, and gym areas are functional and welcoming.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep everything running smoothly.
- Ensure kitchen appliances are clean and in good working order, and restock fridges and snack bars.
- Assist with meeting preparations, providing snacks and drinks, and tidying up afterwards.
##### Operations & Administration
- Manage deliveries, from studio supplies to merchandise.
- Provide reception cover and warmly welcome guests.
- Support with ad hoc tasks to keep operations efficient and seamless.
##### Events & Culture
- Plan and execute internal social and team-building events for the Copenhagen studio with help from our event coordinator.
- Collaborate with the Global Event Coordinator to align efforts across all studios.
- Help create a vibrant, inspiring atmosphere through studio decorations and cultural initiatives.
(Occasional evening support may be needed after events.)
