Axiom Developer

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Axiom Developer with 4+ years in AxiomSL Controllers View 10 report development. The role requires strong understanding of Data Sources, Data Models, Shorthand, Portfolios, Aggregations, Free Form, Tabular Reports, and Workflow using AXIOM Controller view. Candidates must have solid SQL and ETL skills, with 3+ years in regulatory reporting within a financial institution. Excellent verbal/written communication and collaborative skills are required. Experience with Axiom solutions, Python, Shell scripting, and Agile methodologies is highly valued.

Must Have

• 4+ years experience in development of reports in AxiomSL Controllers View 10
• Good understanding on Data Sources, Data Models, Shorthand, Portfolios, Aggregations, Free Form, Tabular Reports and Workflow using AXIOM Controller view tool
• Solid understanding of SQL and ETL technologies
• 3+ years of experience in a financial institution ideally within Regulatory Reporting
• Excellent verbal/written communication and collaborative skills

Good to Have

• Experience in implementing Axiom solutions (US/UK Regulatory framework)
• Experience in Python and Shell scripting
• Database programming experience, ideally Sybase
• Axiom’s ASL language
• Understanding of Regulatory Landscape across various Jurisdictions (e.g., BOE/PRA/CCAR/Prime Reports)
• Knowledge of software development best practices (coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build process, continuous integration, continuous delivery)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and development tools like Jira, GIT, Jenkins
