Job Summary

IPAR is seeking a Branch Manager or Team Leader for their Adelaide branch due to growth. This role involves providing leadership and mentorship to a multidisciplinary team, driving performance to meet targets, and focusing on quality and financial outcomes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing customer relationships and growing the team's services. This position is open to individuals with varying levels of leadership experience who are passionate about management and continuous learning within the occupational rehabilitation sector.

Must Have

  • Experience in Vocational/Occupational Rehabilitation industry
  • Tertiary allied health qualifications (Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Social Work, or Rehabilitation Counselling)
  • Full Registration with appropriate governing Allied Health body (AHPRA, AASW, ASORC, or ESSA)
  • Demonstrated leadership skills or similar role experience
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Current driver license and motor vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
  • Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team to meet targets
  • Understanding of quality and financial drivers
  • Commitment to exceptional client services
  • Ability to network and develop customer relationships

Job Description

Due to existing and projected growth across our organisation, we are excited to bring this role to market & are eager to welcome our next superstar leader to join our Adelaide branch as we look to continued success into the future.

We are open to candidates with minimal to extensive leadership experience who are passionate about leadership, willing to learn and keen to have career in management. We are currently open to this role in both a Team Leader or Branch Manager level dependent on experience.

Some of your day to day Includes:

  • Provide leadership/mentorship support to your multidisciplinary team
  • Lead your team to meet individual and team targets;
  • Have an understanding and focus of quality and financial drivers to achieve best practice outcomes for our customers and clients;
  • Demonstrate commitment to providing exceptional services and outcomes for our clients;
  • Network and develop relationships with key customers, using your technical expertise to help grow the team;

Qualifications

You will have:

  • Experience in the Vocational/Occupational Rehabilitation industry with exposure to leadership
  • Tertiary allied health qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Social Work or Rehabilitation Counselling;
  • Full Registration with appropriate governing Allied Health body required (AHPRA, AASW, ASORC, or ESSA);
  • Demonstrated skills in leadership and/or experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent time management skills and high degree of organisational skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Confidence to utilise initiative to solve problems and achieve outcomes;
  • Able to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers;
  • Current driver license and motor vehicle with a comprehensive car insurance is a must.
