Job Summary
The Payment & Fraud product team manages customer purchasing experiences across all Ubisoft e-Commerce channels. Integrated into the product team, specifically on the fraud side, your missions revolve around 3 pillars: Analysis and Optimization, Monitoring & Investigation, and Documentation & Project Management. You will analyze transactional data, optimize processes, monitor KPIs, investigate suspicious activities, and contribute to documentation and project management.

Job Description
The Payment & Fraud product team is responsible for customer purchasing experiences across all Ubisoft e-Commerce channels, from the store to in-game purchases and subscriptions. Integrated into the product team, and more specifically on the fraud side, your missions revolve around 3 pillars:
Analysis and Optimization
- Exploit and interpret transactional data volumes to identify fraudulent trends and behaviors.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fraud to identify improvement opportunities.
- Optimize payment and fraud detection processes with internal teams.
- Implement and improve detection techniques to identify fraudulent users.
- Support Product Owners in managing their projects, through operational analyses and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Payment & Fraud Specialists to define and achieve precise business results.
Monitoring & Investigation
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fraud and detect anomalies in real-time.
- Use monitoring tools to identify suspicious activities and investigate transactions.
- Contribute to updating dashboards and ensuring the reliability of data used by the team.
Documentation & Project Management
- Contribute to the redesign and structuring of fraud and payment documentation.
- Ensure the clarity and accessibility of internal resources.
- Participate in cross-functional product projects alongside Product Owners and Fraud Specialists.
Qualifications
- You are a student in a business school, engineering school, or equivalent program.
- You have a strong capacity for data analysis and interpretation, with particular attention to detail.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, with MySQL skills.
- You have an interest in the payment and fraud domains, with a desire to learn and stay informed of the latest trends.
- You have an interest in IT ecosystems and information systems.
- You have a strong interest in communication and collaboration tools.
- You have good organizational skills allowing you to manage several projects in parallel.
- You have a good command of English, both oral and written.
- An interest in video games is a real plus!

If this exchange is conclusive, a practical case will be submitted to you to assess your technical skills related to the opportunity.
