1. Overall coordination of the concept art team, responsible for business process and standard setting, ensuring the quality of team output;
2. Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams such as planning and 3D departments to jointly achieve business goals and ensure project development progress;
3. Based on the project's art style, be able to independently complete and guide team members to complete various types of character concept art design requirements. Work content includes but is not limited to concept art work in various dimensions such as hero design, monster design, avatar illustrations, and banner images.
1. 8+ years of experience in game art development, with team management experience preferred;
2. Possess R&D experience in European and American realistic style projects, familiar with European and American fantasy film/TV works or games. Have relevant European and American fantasy realistic style works, demonstrating good aesthetic;
3. Familiar with R&D production processes, with rich experience in character concept art design. Ability to unify art style to match ZGAME project style is preferred;
4. Possess strong character modeling ability, design ability, illustration ability, and certain CG atmosphere ability; have rich production experience in commercial art;
5. Possess excellent teamwork ability, strong sense of responsibility, high work commitment, and lead the team to achieve goals.
