Must Have:
  • Conduct partner onboarding process and participate in maintaining existing partnerships.
  • Execute strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding existing business through partner channels.
  • Communicate with partners to ensure the delivery of a differentiated customer experience.
  • Perform marketing support activities like CRM update, accrual management, and collateral fulfillment.
  • Support partner capabilities development and participate in conducting closed-loop post-analysis of assigned programs.
  • Identify market requirements for targeted customer segments and collaborate with marketing communications/other teams to execute marketing plans.
  • Monitor and report the performance of partner marketing initiatives, tracking program metrics.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics relevant to partner marketing.
  • Work independently on moderate scope problems, applying professional expertise, exercising judgment, and resolving various issues.
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline or commensurate work experience.
  • Typically 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in marketing, partner, sales, industry, or channel, or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.

Job Summary

• This role is responsible for conducting partner onboarding, executing customer acquisition strategies through partner channels, and ensuring a differentiated customer experience. The role also involves participating in closed loop analysis, performing marketing support activities, and monitoring partner marketing performance. The role stays informed about industry trends, and contributes to projects through research and data analysis while working independently on various tasks within company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conducts onboarding process for new partners and participates in maintaining existing partnerships.

• Executes strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding existing business through partner channels.

• Communicates with partners to ensure the delivery of a differentiated customer experience aligned with organization’s standards.

• Performs marketing support activities like CRM update, accrual management, collateral fulfillment as required.

• Supports partner capabilities development to increase service delivery self-reliance and participates in conducting closed-loop post-analysis of assigned programs.

• Identifies market requirements for targeted customer segments and/or industry verticals and collaborates with marketing communications/other teams to execute marketing plans.

• Monitors and reports the performance of partner marketing initiatives, tracking program metrics against predetermined benchmarks.

• Stays updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics relevant to partner marketing.

• Works independently on moderate scope problems, applying professional expertise, exercising judgment, and resolving various issues by following company policies and procedures.

Education & Experience Recommended

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

• Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in marketing, partner, sales, industry, channel , or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
