This role is within the Client Support Services team and requires handling Treaty Technical Accounting for clients. Responsibilities include entering contractual information, reviewing and processing technical statements, addressing queries from clients and reinsurers, assisting in technical accounting resolution, ensuring timely responses to queries, and ensuring compliance with professional standards. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in reinsurance or broking, strong communication and Microsoft suite skills, and fluency in English.
Must have:

Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Support Services team at Guy Carpenter. This role is will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

In this role, you will be mainly handle and be responsble for Treaty Technical Accounting from clients.

We will count on you to:

  • Entry of contractual information into system for premium invoicing.

  • Review technical statements of accounts from clients; process statements and billings according to departmental procedures.

  • Attend to queries from clients, reinsurers, and related parties.

  • Assist in the resolution of technical accounting.

  • Ensure timely responses to monthly Regional and Local Controllerships' revenue review queries and requests.

  • Ensure procedures and documentation are in compliance with Guy Carpenter Professional Standards

  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What you need to have:

  • University Degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in processing Treaty technical accounts in a reinsurance or broking background.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent Microsoft suite skills

  • Fluent in English is a must
