Your Job:
- The Clinical Application Specialist is the knowledge expert for the clinical application of the product (Ultrasound).
- Support Account Managers by providing clinical decision-making assistance for products and solutions, including sales presentations, product demonstrations.
- Co-develop successful clinical sales strategies and implement them to increase market share.
- Actively participate with the sales team in the coordination and execution of clinical evaluations, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Educate the sales team on emerging clinical issues and position solutions to address these market changes.
- Stay up-to-date on new developments in the clinical application and area of use of the respective devices.
- If necessary, participate in trade fairs, congresses, regional events.
- Train customers in the application of the best possible clinical procedures and protocols to achieve optimal use of the delivered devices (according to MPG).
- Establish application training plans in close cooperation with the customer. Provide the required application report after completion of all application visits.
- Ensure that all customers receive high-quality training and support, so that every customer is fully satisfied with Philips' support.
- Ensure that all clinical application trainings, both with new and existing customers, comply with the company's quality guidelines.
You should bring the following:
- Degree in medical technology or comparable education.
- Ideally several years of experience as an Application Specialist (or similar sales activities) in the field of ultrasound.
- High sales and service orientation.
- Confident and assertive demeanor with customers and very good communication skills.
- High mobility for business trips / customer assignments.
- Good IT knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of network technology.
- Very good basic medical knowledge.
