Cloud RUN Support Engineer

As part of this team you will be responsible for the Dassault Systemes Cloud Support for world wide data centres 24*7. This team manages and maintains the WW Cloud environments and are also responsible for the success of our customers.

Help L2/L3 teams through a series of actions, via either phone/mobile, email or chat, until resolution.

Open to work in 24*7 shift environment with rotational weekend work.

Your base location will be Pune.

Role & Responsibilities

• Will be working on LINUX, UNIX Scripting and related technologies for monitoring and maintaining the cloud platforms and services.
• Able to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with co-workers both local and remote.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Qualifications/Experience

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, MCA, BCS, MSc-CS degree.
• Primary Skills: Good knowledge in UNIX, LINUX, preferred to have knowledge on Cloud Technology (AWS). Basics of Databases, networking and shell/python scripting
• Experience Level: 0 - 3 years
• Expected Start date: Immediate
• Work location: Pune
• Shift Timings: Rotational Shift 6.30 AM – 3 PM IST, 2.30 PM – 11 PM IST and 10.30 PM - 7AM IST (Night shift and weekend working will be either from Office or Home)
