Job Summary
As a Commercial Administrator within our Digital Sales team, you will be responsible for owning the day-to-day administration of the digital business on Steam and other digital platforms. The successful candidate will need to be familiar with how all digital platforms operate, have a good level of commercial acumen and very keen attention to detail. Key responsibilities include supporting digital sales with administrative tasks, tracking the digital market, collating sales data, supplying new release information to retailers, conducting launch checks, and supporting promotion and pricing input into 1st party portal systems. You will also collaborate with Operations/Central Marketing and global retail teams.
Must Have
- Own day-to-day digital business administration on platforms like Steam.
- Be familiar with digital platform operations.
- Possess a good level of commercial acumen.
- Demonstrate very keen attention to detail.
- Support digital sales with administrative tasks and operations.
- Track wider digital market and competitor status.
- Collate and share key sales data with stakeholders.
- Supply new release info to 3rd party retailers and check setups.
- Conduct launch checks for new releases and promotions.
- Support inputting promotions and pricing into portal systems.
- Collaborate with Operations/Central Marketing and global retail teams.
- Report marketplace conditions and competitor developments.
- Have demonstrable experience in the entertainment business.
- Strong Excel skills with a focus on data accuracy.

POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Commercial Administrator within our Digital Sales team, you will be responsible for owning the day-to-day administration of the digital business on Steam (steampowered.com) other digital platforms. The successful candidate will need to be familiar with how all digital platforms operate, have a good level of commercial acumen and very keen attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support digital sales with administrative tasks and general operations to help reach the product and corporate objectives.
- Help the team to track the status of wider digital market and competitors.
- Support the collation of key sales data and share with internal stakeholders.
- Support digital sales team with administrative tasks and general operations to help reach the product and corporate objectives.
- Help the team supply new release information to 3rd party retailers and support the Senior Business Managers in checking the set-ups.
- Conduct launch checks on new releases and promotions and work with Senior Business Managers to identify any specific issues.
- Work with the Promotions Manager and Pricing Manager to support inputting / set-up of promotions and pricing into 1st party portal systems.
- To work closely with the Operations/Central Marketing to provide information as required and collaborate on joint objectives.
- To work closely with global retails teams to maximise synergies between sales channels.
- Continually report and feedback conditions of marketplace and competitor developments to Digital Sales and wider stakeholders
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrable experience within the entertainment business, ideally within a commercial environment.
- Strong Excel skills with a focus on data accuracy.
- Interest in gaming strongly desirable.
