We are looking for a Community and Social Media Manager to join our team. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reply to comments and requests: actively engage with the audience on social media and other platforms.
• Work as part of a community management team, manage a team of volunteer helpers.
• Collect bug reports: quickly identify and forward issues to the development team.
• Reply to store reviews: handle feedback professionally and friendly while maintaining the company’s image.
• Create content: from writing post captions and news updates to making memes and brainstorming content ideas.

What We Expect:

• Experience working with gaming communities and understanding their specifics.
• Strong writing skills in Russian and English, as well as knowledge of current trends in order to create engaging content.
• Ability to process bug reports and communicate them effectively to developers.
• Self-sufficiency — you are ready to jump in without long training, with a solid grasp of community management and support principles.
