Job Description

The Community and Social Media Manager will be responsible for engaging with the audience on social media and other platforms, managing a team of volunteer helpers, collecting and forwarding bug reports to the development team, responding to store reviews, and creating engaging content like post captions, news updates, memes, and brainstorming content ideas. The role requires strong writing skills in Russian and English, and an understanding of community management and support principles. The company offers a diverse range of tasks and a competitive salary, with a remote or office work format. We are looking for a Community and Social Media Manager to join our team. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Reply to comments and requests: actively engage with the audience on social media and other platforms.
  • Work as part of a community management team, manage a team of volunteer helpers.
  • Collect bug reports: quickly identify and forward issues to the development team.
  • Reply to store reviews: handle feedback professionally and friendly while maintaining the company’s image.
  • Create content: from writing post captions and news updates to making memes and brainstorming content ideas.

  • Strong writing skills in Russian and English, as well as knowledge of current trends in order to create engaging content.
