Social Media Manager at Drife Technologies
Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies aimed at rider acquisition and engagement. You will be the voice of Drife Technologies on social media, crafting campaigns that attract new riders and bring them to our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve rider acquisition targets.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Design and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and advertisements to boost brand awareness and attract new riders.
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategies as needed to meet campaign goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to align social media strategies with overall company goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.
- manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online community interactions.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry trends.
Requirements
Proven experience as a social Media Manager or similar role.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective participants.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging content.
- Experience in the ride-hailing or transportation industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
