Job Summary
This role involves becoming familiar with Global Field Operations concepts and procedures. The agent will perform routine tasks such as receiving and responding to client requests, creating and tracking service tickets, scheduling appointments, coordinating parts, monitoring SLAs, and communicating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. The role also includes supporting special projects as assigned. Candidates should be technical or technology professionals in systems or related fields.
Must Have
- Acquire familiarity with Global Field Operations concepts, procedures, and methodologies.
- Receive and respond to requests from clients and Field Engineering members.
- Create, validate, and track service tickets within Unisys Dispatch Field Force Management system/tools.
- Schedule appointments with clients.
- Access service agreements.
- Coordinate essential parts.
- Maintain the call center.
- Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure a fluid and cohesive process.
- Learn and comply with Global Field Operations practices and policies.
- Learn how Global Field Operations improves customer satisfaction levels.
- Support special projects as assigned.
