AECOM Tishman Federal Services has an opportunity in Key West, FL for a seasoned MEP Project Manager for our federal construction project/

• Provides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies. 
• Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors. 
• Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS Engineering or related curriculum and 4 years of relevant construction project management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Requirements:

• BS Engineering.
• Experience managing construction MEP contracts in excess of 100MM.
• Experience with construction documentation such as procurement bid documents, contracts, change order management. 
• Experience in subcontractor management and selection. 
• Ability to review subcontractor proposals and engineering reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Experience participating in owner-architect and project meetings involving scheduling, coordination of subcontractors, review of potential issues, and project budget.
• Affirm contractual obligations per plans and specifications.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) proficiency.

• This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization now or in the future.

• This position will include per diem for those who qualify.
