Job Description
- Operation and construction of Windows infrastructure (client PC management/patch and policy distribution from servers, etc.) in a game development company.
- Troubleshooting Windows server and client failures.
- Designing and building improvements for the above tasks and cloud migrations.

- You will be responsible for Windows client PC management, migration verification for version upgrades, patch distribution, and second-level troubleshooting.
- You may also make configuration changes to Windows client PCs, Windows servers including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune.
- You will communicate with not only Information Systems Group members but also internal employees participating in verification to solve problems.
- The daily work involves performing the above tasks as a 담당자 (person in charge) while utilizing manufacturer support and online knowledge.
- Since you may collect Windows event logs and dump files from physical Windows PCs, onsite work is required.
Required Experience/Skills

- 3 years or more of experience in Windows server construction and operation.
- 3 years or more of experience in Windows terminal troubleshooting and isolation.
- 3 years or more of experience in device management using Intune.

- Experience with Windows OS version upgrades and migrations.
- Experience in building and operating Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience in assembling custom PCs.
