About the role
As a Contract Technical Recruiter at Crunchyroll, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our engineering and technical teams across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical recruiting, strong experience partnering with hiring managers, and a consultative, metrics-driven approach. You will be trusted to influence hiring decisions, manage complex searches, and deliver exceptional client and candidate experiences.

- Lead end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across APAC (e.g., Software Engineers, QA, Data, Infrastructure), acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders
- Build and execute tailored sourcing strategies, leveraging data, market research, and competitive insights to attract both active and passive technical talent
- Use recruiting metrics to analyze pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights to hiring managers and leadership
- Manage strong relationships with hiring managers by setting expectations, providing market intelligence, and guiding them to make timely and informed hiring decisions
- Deliver exceptional candidate management by ensuring a transparent, engaging, and inclusive experience throughout the process, with a focus on effectively closing top talent
- Champion diversity and inclusion by driving balanced pipelines and equitable hiring practices across all technical searches
- Take ownership of recruiting outcomes, driving urgency, accountability, and consistency across high-priority technical searches
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to refine processes, share best practices, and contribute to scalable recruiting operations across APAC
