Job Summary
Join Gameloft's HR team in Barcelona as a Mid-Senior Level HR Generalist Intern. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to support a wide range of administrative and operational HR tasks, gaining experience in a dynamic, people-first company. You will help manage systems, collaborate on initiatives, resolve employee queries, and assist with various HR projects, contributing to a smooth and positive employee experience.
Must Have
- Support the management of time tracking and absence system.
- Collaborate on health and safety (PRL) initiatives.
- Help resolve employees’ HR-related questions and requests.
- Assist in the implementation of the desk booking system.
- Keep HR databases and tools up to date (Workday, Org Chart, Confluence, etc.).
- Support in HR audits preparation.
- Follow up on mandatory trainings.
- Create and manage internal HR communications using Canva and MailChimp.
- Collaborate on planning small events and employee engagement activities.
- Help external provider gather documentation for employee and family visa renewals.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team on projects and day-to-day tasks.
