Control Room Operator for BMS Installations

Job Description

Veolia Servicios Lecam, in its energy services division, needs to incorporate a Control Room Operator for BMS Installations in Madrid.

Their main functions are:

• Supervise the proper functioning of installations, responding urgently to notices and alarms.
• Verify the response of the control system in the building, taking into account its assigned variables.
• Perform corrective, preventive, and conductive maintenance work through GMAO Prisma.
• Receive telephone notices and forward them to the corresponding technical department according to their origin.
• Complete building control sheets, reporting incidents.
• Support the electrical and air conditioning departments.

Requirements

• Valuable to have mid-level, higher education, or professional certificate in their specialty.
• Desirable to have at least 3 years of experience as a Control Room Operator for BMS Installations.
• Valuable to have knowledge and experience with the Honeywell control system.
• Important to have knowledge and experience in integral maintenance (electricity, air conditioning, ..).
