Job Description

In Bogotá – Colombia, we are looking for a Copywriter. With 3 years of experience in advertising and marketing agencies, their mission will focus on leading the creation of content strategies and advertising campaigns, ensuring that all messages are innovative, aligned with the brand's essence, and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the conceptualization and creative writing of content for advertising campaigns, presentations, and other media, adapted to the execution medium.
  • Develop creative solutions based on insights, tensions, and findings that align with the brand's essence and business objectives.
  • Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Supervise and guide junior and mid-level Copywriters, providing constructive feedback.
  • Ensure that all texts and content comply with quality standards and the objectives of assigned accounts.
  • Stay updated with market trends, industry changes, and best practices in advertising copywriting to contribute to the team.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's processes, policies, and procedures, both locally and regionally.

  • Excellent writing and grammar skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to inspire others.
  • Ability to conduct research and information analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing and communication strategies.
  • Advanced ability to conduct research and information analysis.
  • Familiarity with text editing tools and collaboration software (e.g., Google Docs, Microsoft Office), related to their area of performance.
  • Advanced English level.
