Job Summary
TransUnion offers a welcoming and energetic environment for its Summer Internship Program. This paid 12-week internship, starting in May or June 2026, allows students to develop skills in accounting, finance, and business intelligence. Interns will assist the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Team with projects such as financial variance analysis, month-end close activities, forecast reporting, and ad hoc requests, contributing to executive management reporting and system enhancements.
Must Have
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field with a graduation date of June 2028 or earlier
- Completion of accounting, finance, financial modeling, and/or business intelligence courses
- Strong familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to tell a compelling story with data, clearly communicate insights, and create impactful presentations using PowerPoint

- Detailed oriented, organized, and ability to work in a deadline driven environment
- Ability to manage and ensure completion of a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities
- Collaborative and ability to work well in a team environment and individually
- Some exposure to financial systems (OneStream and/or PeopleSoft applications)

Our Summer Internship Program at TransUnion will allow you to use & develop the skills you've learned in school while participating in engaging events such as: career development workshops, networking events, and guest speakers throughout this paid 12-week internship beginning in May 18, 2026 or June 15, 2026, depending on academic calendar.

Impact You'll Make:
During your summer internship with the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Team, you will assist in a variety of projects:
- Help with select deliverables and analyze and prepare financial variance analysis at the consolidated level for executive management on a monthly / quarterly basis
- Support month-end close activities by helping prepare and review consolidated financial reports and variance analysis
- Assist with forecast reporting, including updates to forecast models and tools
- Help with select deliverables and analyze and prepare financial analysis at the consolidated level
- Assist with reviewing and designing financial presentations
- Provide functional support to forecast, annual budget, capital, and strategic planning systems and processes
- Assist with ad hoc requests requested by executive management and cross functional teams
- Support updates/enhancements to our forecast tool, OneStream
The pay range for this role is $19.00 - $22.00 per hour. *The pay range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but limited to) an individual’s education and experience.
