We are seeking an experienced and proactive Engagement Lead for our Governance Services team, focusing on a large enterprise client. This role is crucial for effective program management, delivery, and growth of ISG services within the account. You will leverage expertise in IT Managed Services, Business Process Outsourcing, consulting solutions, and supplier management to foster strong stakeholder relationships and oversee operational efficiencies. You will serve as the onsite point of contact and provide overall account Governance Services engagement oversight, empowering clients to achieve strategic objectives.
Must Have
- Maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders
- Champion service delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and governance practices
- Identify opportunities for account growth and propose additional services
- Engage in governance forums, offering insights and facilitating follow-up meetings
- Provide expert guidance on supplier contractual commitments and negotiations
- Collaborate on sourcing agreements and vendor management challenges
- Remain informed on industry developments and best practices
- Conduct training sessions for new team members
- 15+ years of experience in IT outsourcing or managed services
- Proven expertise in ITSM and AMS / IMS engagements
- Strong background in client relations, vendor management, and service delivery within complex contracts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of interacting confidently with senior executives and clients
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Good to Have
- A good understanding of BFSI industry, including trends, key players, business challenges, and regulatory considerations
- MBA or another advanced degree(s)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to join our Governance Services team as the Engagement Lead for a large enterprise client. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective program management, delivery and growth of ISG services within the account. As a key player in our team, you will leverage your expertise in IT Managed Services, Business Process Outsourcing, consulting solutions, and supplier management services along with a deep understanding of applications, infrastructure and BPO solutions, to foster strong relationships with stakeholders and oversee operational efficiencies. You will serve as the onsite point of contact and provide overall account Governance Services engagement oversight. Your ability to navigate industry complexities will empower clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and ongoing account management.
- Service Delivery Management: Champion the delivery of services by providing overall delivery oversight and ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and governance practices.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth by understanding client needs and proposing additional services, leading to enhanced client satisfaction and mutual value creation.
- Governance Forums Participation: Engage in governance forums, offering valuable insights and facilitating follow-up meetings to ensure effective implementation of discussed strategies.
- Complex Negotiation & Advisory: Provide expert guidance on supplier contractual commitments & negotiations while collaborating with the team on sourcing agreements and vendor management challenges.
- Market Insights & Adaptation: Remain informed on industry developments and best practices to enhance service delivery and align with client needs.
- Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for new team members, ensuring familiarity with client requirements, security protocols, and compliance standards.
Required Skillsets
- This is a remote position based in the US (Seattle or NJ preferred). Occasional travel may be required, though it will not be frequent.
- 15+ years of experience in IT outsourcing or managed services, with proven expertise in ITSM and AMS / IMS engagements.
- A good understanding of BFSI industry, including trends, key players, business challenges, and regulatory considerations – not mandatory but preferred
- Strong background in client relations, vendor management, and service delivery within complex contracts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented approach.

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
