Thales, a global high-tech leader, is seeking a Real Estate Manager for its Brest site. This role involves managing the Facility Management contract, ensuring service quality and cost balance, handling technical incidents, organizing small works, conducting compliance audits, proposing operational solutions, and coordinating associated service providers. The position requires a diploma in real estate or a technical field with experience in real estate management, building technical knowledge, facility management contract management, and project planning.

Must Have

  • Manage the Facility Management contract, ensuring SLA compliance and balance between service quality and costs.
  • Manage technical incidents, analyze causes, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Organize and monitor requests for small works and associated purchases.
  • Conduct compliance audits and unannounced on-site checks.
  • Propose operational solutions to occupants and organize moves and rearrangements.
  • Ensure furniture management and coordinate associated service providers.
  • Diploma in the real estate or technical sector.
  • Experience in real estate activity management.

Your daily life

The Brest site houses our digital services activities as well as Thales' expertise in development, integration, and maintenance for maritime patrol and surveillance systems, electronic warfare, sonar systems, and airborne anti-submarine warfare, as well as our digital services activities.

Your missions:

As a Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the Facility Management contract, ensuring compliance with SLAs and the balance between service quality and costs.
  • Managing technical incidents, analyzing causes, and implementing corrective action plans.
  • Organizing and monitoring requests for small works and associated purchases.
  • Conducting compliance audits and unannounced on-site checks.
  • Proposing operational solutions to occupants and organizing moves and rearrangements.
  • Ensuring furniture management and coordinating associated service providers.
