Responsibilities

• Test Automation Development: Take charge of testing Tenpay's cross-border business and backend interface through automation testing, contributing to the establishment of an automated testing framework.
• Specialized Testing: Undertake specialized testing tasks including security, performance, reliability, and compatibility testing  to ensure the robustness of our systems,involve creative tasks such as code evaluation, white box testing, and building transaction simulation testing systems.
• Research and Innovation: you'll explore cutting-edge technologies like LLM and generative models. Your focus will be on enhancing system operations, developing use cases, and enabling intelligent debugging to improve our system quality and efficiency. The ability to stay updated with tech trends and apply them is essential.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, test automation, or software development within a FinTech setting is required, with a demonstrated track record of success in similar roles. A strong understanding on Chinese fintech is essential.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments is essential, along with familiarity with a high-level programming language, with Java experience being highly advantageous, and at least one scripting language such as Shell, Python, PHP, or Perl.
• Database Operations: Demonstrated experience in common database operations, particularly with MySQL, is required.
• Soft Skills: Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and articulation skills in both English and Chinese Mandarin to liaise with both China-based and international-market-based stakeholders and to manage both documents and tools in the said languages, with the ability to thrive under pressure, are essential qualities we are looking for.
