岗位职责
岗位亮点1. 与海外顶尖研发团队合作，共同打造精品游戏；
2. 负责项目国服整体运营策略制定与执行，有较大的自主发挥空间；
3. 良好的工作环境和团队氛围，提供丰富的职业发展机会和学习资源。
1. 组建和管理国服运营团队，负责产品国服版本的发行运营工作，配合产品全球发行策略，制定落实项目国服上线运营策略；
2. 对国服版本商业化负责，完成收入目标拆解与资源管线规划，协同市场团队打造营销事件；
3. 负责产品国服的本地化，包括但不限于版本内容规划及投放把控、游戏内外活动策划等。
4. 负责国服的数据和用研工作，基于数据分析提出建议，并对指标波动做出预判并制定应对方案。
岗位要求
1. 5年及以上PC产品完整的发行运营工作经验，射击品类优先；
2. 热爱游戏，对海内外主流PC射击游戏市场和用户有足够的了解；
3. 具备良好的沟通合作能力，有海外合研经验优先；
4. 英语商务沟通能力优先，能够与海外研发商就游戏研发进行沟通。
