1、负责公司绩效管理，推进绩效体系的运营落地和持续优化，提升组织战略执行力和员工胜任力；
2、负责岗位体系的优化与管理，保障公司岗位设置的规范性和有效性；
3、负责职业发展体系建设，组织实施晋升管理项目的运营落地和持续优化，确保职业发展的顺畅和公平性；
4、负责完善组织架构设计调整、干部任用等制度规范和流程，提升组织效率；
5、参与公司激励管理体系的搭建、设计和完善短中期激励方案，并协助推动运营落地。
任职要求：
1、1年以上绩效管理相关工作经验，熟悉绩效管理工具，对绩效有深入理解和思考，并具有独立设计、优化和持续运营绩效管理体系的经验。
2、具备组织发展或人才发展相关工作经验，且至少独立负责过一类项目（职位体系搭建、晋升与选拔管理、组织架构设计等）；
3、参与过短中期激励方案的设计，具备薪酬设计的方法论；
4、具备较强的系统性和战略思维能力，善于分析与提炼总结，出色的表达能力，较强的沟通协调和组织能力及推动执行能力；
5、本科以上学历，专业不限。
