1. 1-4 years of work experience, proficient in Spine software, with a solid foundation in animation theory and rich experience in animation production, and a certain understanding of human anatomy.
2. Have a deep understanding of character animation and special effects animation, and be able to accurately grasp character personality and action rhythm.
3. Love animation creation, possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit. Work closely with planning, art, and programming departments to ensure animation effects are successfully implemented and meet project requirements.
4. Understand Unity engine, understand animation state machines, animation blending and other technologies, and be willing to engage with Unity animation modules.
