DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Assists managers with day-to-day operations, sales floor operations, inventory control procedures, safety, and maintenance issues.
  • Creates, maintains and updates merchandise displays and assists with launch planning.
  • Actively supports the store's goals and fiscal priorities.
  • Leads training of new and existing team members including onboarding, sales floor operations, point of sale operations, and cycle count procedures.
  • Identifies, initiates, and leads solutions to improve service and operational effectiveness.
  • Identifies back of house opportunities and suggests solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • As needed, performs the job duties of an Ambassador during peak traffic periods.
  • Proactively engages and assists customers by providing information, product demonstrations, and resolving customer issues.
  • Engages in consistent communication with others to strengthen teamwork, in addition to providing suggestions and feedback for continuous improvement while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Assists in the execution of new product launches, events, contests, and/or promotions.
  • Occasionally represents Nintendo at off-site consumer events.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

  • Two to three years of related experience, preferably at a high volume retail or flagship location.
  • Ability and willingness to develop game knowledge and experience.
  • Ability to perform routine display repair/maintenance.
  • Accurate cash and inventory control experience.
  • Ability to adhere to attendance and punctuality guidelines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent

This position includes a base pay range of $28.29- $39.61 per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
