Compra Agora is seeking a Customer Experience Analyst - CRO to join their team. This role involves analyzing data, understanding user behavior, and transforming insights into improvements that impact conversion and performance. The analyst will be the link between users and internal teams (product, design, technology), leading initiatives to increase conversion rates, improve usability, and deepen knowledge of B2B customer needs. Key responsibilities include leading CRO initiatives, managing backlogs, conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, performing user research, developing personas, executing A/B tests, and reporting UX/CRO performance.

Must Have

  • Lead CRO initiatives with external consultants and internal stakeholders
  • Manage demands and backlog with focus on high-impact prioritization
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate actionable insights
  • Conduct and/or coordinate user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys)
  • Develop and update personas, journeys, and empathy maps
  • Define, execute, and monitor A/B tests with a focus on conversion
  • Monitor and report UX and CRO performance indicators
  • Support dissemination of customer active listening culture
  • Work in partnership with Product, UX Design, Technology, and Data teams
  • Manage and monitor external partner deliveries
  • Completed higher education
  • Experience in CRO or related areas (CRM, UX, Growth)
  • Solid knowledge of user research methods and user behavior analysis
  • Experience with digital product experiments and A/B testing
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate English

Good to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce ecosystem (Marketing Cloud, Personalization, Data Cloud)
  • Knowledge of tools like Hotjar, LogRocket, Maze, VWO, Figma
  • Experience in B2B e-commerce

FUNCTION OBJECTIVE

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead CRO initiatives with external consulting and internal stakeholders;
  • Manage demands and backlog with a focus on high-impact prioritization;
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate actionable insights;
  • Conduct and/or coordinate user research (interviews, usability tests, perception and behavior surveys);
  • Develop and update personas, journeys, and empathy maps;
  • Define, execute, and monitor A/B tests, with a focus on conversion;
  • Monitor and report UX and CRO performance indicators;
  • Support the dissemination of a customer active listening culture in the company;
  • Work in partnership with Product, UX Design, Technology, and Data areas;
  • Manage and monitor external partner deliveries.

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Completed higher education;
  • Experience in CRO or related areas (such as CRM, UX, Growth etc.);
  • Solid knowledge of user research methods and user behavior analysis;
  • Experience with digital product experiments and A/B testing;
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools;
  • Good written and verbal communication (you will present discoveries to stakeholders);
  • Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to navigate dynamic environments;
  • Intermediate English.

Enchanting differentials (Good to have)

  • Experience with Salesforce ecosystem (Marketing Cloud, Personalization, Data Cloud etc.)
