Job Summary
This role is responsible for the strategic and operational management of logistics costs in Brazil, ensuring financial control of Distribution, Warehouse & Transportation through budget administration, provisions, and cost center entries. The objective is to ensure assertive monthly closing forecasts, promote detailed analyses and performance discussions to identify cost reduction opportunities, lead continuous improvement projects, and manage the Cost team.
Must Have
- Manage budget and financial plan reviews for Distribution Cost Brazil.
- Manage entries, provisions, and movements in cost centers for Warehouse & Transportation Brazil.
- Provide monthly cost closing forecasts based on actual costs, provisions, and projections.
- Promote performance discussions to identify cost reduction opportunities.
- Conduct deep analyses of cost lines for appropriate logistics cost decision-making.
- Identify, value, and provision freight cost inconsistencies; address deviations with stakeholders.
- Ensure execution of plan review calendar, aligned with LOP and finance teams.
- Manage improvement projects and lead the Cost team.
- Completed higher education.
- Experience in Logistics Finance (P&L, forecast).
- Experience with annual budget management and reviews.
- Experience with team management.
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUM, pivot tables).
- Conversational English.
- Availability to work 2x in person in Louveira.

PURPOSE OF THE VACANCY
Be responsible for the strategic and operational management of logistics costs in Brazil, ensuring financial control of Distribution, Warehouse & Transportation, through budget administration, provisions, and entries in cost centers. The position aims to guarantee assertive monthly closing forecasts, promote detailed analyses and performance discussions to identify cost reduction opportunities, in addition to leading continuous improvement projects and managing the Cost team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of budget & financial plan reviews for Distribution Cost Brazil;
- Management of entries, provisions and movements in the respective Cost Centers for the Warehouse & Transportation Brazil cost lines;
- Monthly cost closing forecasts based on actual cost, provisions and projections;
- Promote performance discussions, aligned with the Performance team, to identify cost reduction opportunities;
- Carry out in-depth analyzes of cost lines with their respective openings and breakdowns for appropriate decision-making for each logistics cost line;
- Identify, value and provision freight cost inconsistencies and irregularities, as well as deal with these deviations with stakeholders to reduce them;
- Ensure execution of the plan review calendar, aligned with the LOP and finance team;
- Manage improvement projects and manage the Cost team
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed higher education;
- Experience in Logistics Finance (P&L, forecast);
- Experience with annual budget management and reviews;
- Experience with team management;
