Design, implement, and scale technological solutions to optimize production and logistics processes. Lead a portfolio of digitalization and automation projects, from technical design to implementation, prioritizing impact on safety, quality, and cost. Lead real-time data connectivity and capture initiatives, ensuring integration into corporate systems. Work on plant data architecture, ensuring its reliability. Promote cultural change towards digitalization across all factory areas.
Must Have
- Lead the team responsible for plant process digitalization and automation.
- Design, implement, and scale technological solutions for production and logistics.
- Lead portfolio of digitalization and automation projects.
- Lead real-time data connectivity and capture initiatives.
- Work on plant data architecture, ensuring reliability.
- Promote cultural change towards digitalization.
- Degree in systems, electronics, electrical engineering, or related fields.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Experience in production processes in mass consumption industry or Industry 4.0 projects.
- Knowledge in Power Platform and visualization tools.
Good to Have
- Knowledge in data science and advanced analytics.

- Lead real-time data connectivity and capture initiatives, ensuring their integration into corporate systems.
- Work on the plant's data architecture, ensuring its reliability.
- Promote cultural change towards digitalization across all factory areas.
Required knowledge
- Systems, electronics, electrical engineering, or related fields.
- Advanced English language.
- Desirable: Knowledge in data science and advanced analytics.
- Experience in production processes in the mass consumption industry or Industry 4.0 projects.
- Knowledge in Power Platform and visualization tools.
