Lead a portfolio of digitalization and automation projects, from technical design to implementation, prioritizing impact on safety, quality, and cost. Lead real-time data connectivity and capture initiatives, ensuring integration into corporate systems. Work on plant data architecture, ensuring its reliability. Promote cultural change towards digitalization across all factory areas.

Must Have

• Lead the team responsible for plant process digitalization and automation.

Required knowledge

• Systems, electronics, electrical engineering, or related fields.
• Advanced English language.
• Desirable: Knowledge in data science and advanced analytics.
• Experience in production processes in the mass consumption industry or Industry 4.0 projects.
• Knowledge in Power Platform and visualization tools.
