The CPFR & Customer Experience Analyst will ensure product availability in customer stores, optimizing stock to prevent shortages and over-inventories, and ensuring timely deliveries. Key objectives include monitoring sales and inventory, managing KPIs like Instock, DOH, Fill Rate, and OSA, maintaining effective client communication, coordinating promotional stock, and leading collaborative initiatives with clients and the Order Management team.
Must Have
- Elaborate demand forecasts and coordinate replenishment plans with key clients.
- Analyze sales data, inventories, and trends for planning optimization.
- Manage critical KPIs: Instock, DOH, Fill Rate, OSA.
- Coordinate stock distribution for campaigns and promotions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in CPFR and Supply Chain processes.
- Generate periodic reports for strategic decision-making.
- Background in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Administration or related fields.
- Experience in demand planning, Supply Chain or commercial areas.
- Advanced proficiency in analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SAP).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and collaborative work skills.
Good to Have
- Experience in CPFR environments or key client management.
- Programming knowledge (e.g., Python).

We are looking for a CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment) Analyst for our Supply Chain team, with a focus on collaborative planning and inventory optimization for strategic clients.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Ensure that our clients' stores have our products on their shelves, optimizing stock to avoid stockouts and over-inventories, ensuring timely deliveries.
THE MAIN OBJECTIVES WILL BE:
- Product optimization: Monitor sales and inventory levels to ensure availability at points of sale.
- Management and analysis: Control key indicators such as Instock, DOH (Days of Inventory on Hand), Fill Rate and OSA (On-Shelf Availability).
- Customer relationship: Maintain effective communication to guarantee continuous product flow and execution of collaborative agreements.
- Promotional coordination: Distribute stock according to planned promotional activities, avoiding stockouts during campaigns.
- Leadership: Drive the collaborative agenda with clients (T2T / purchasing habits) and lead the Order Management team to ensure efficiency.
