This role's purpose is to develop long-term Supply Chain strategies to ensure the capacity and capabilities needed to support the sustainable growth of the company's current and future portfolio. This position is key to laying the groundwork for continuous improvement in gross margin, service, and working capital, actively contributing to the transformation and digitalization of the supply network in Chile. The person in this role is expected to always think three steps ahead, anticipating needs and opportunities for the organization.

Must Have

  • Analyze and optimize the end-to-end supply network.
  • Propose and execute continuous improvement and digital transformation projects.
  • Participate in long-term capacity planning and review future investment needs.
  • Collaborate on business case development with Finance.
  • Support complexity reduction in product portfolio and supply network.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Planning, Intl. Logistics, Procurement, and R&D teams.
  • Participate in identifying and deploying digitalization and automation initiatives.
  • Support identification of improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
  • University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business (with SC focus).
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in planning, operations, or strategic supply chain roles.
  • Ability to anticipate trends, risks, and opportunities for the supply chain.
  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong results orientation, project management, and data analysis skills.
  • Demonstrate leadership, commitment, and influence capacity.
  • Possess curiosity and a continuous learning mindset.

Purpose of the Position

The purpose of this role is to develop long-term Supply Chain strategies that ensure the necessary capacity and capabilities to support the sustainable growth of the company's current and future portfolio.

This position is key to laying the groundwork for continuous improvement in gross margin, service, and working capital, actively contributing to the transformation and digitalization of the supply network in Chile.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize the end-to-end supply network, proposing and executing continuous improvement and digital transformation projects.
  • Participate in the development of long-term capacity plans, reviewing future capital and technology investment needs.
  • Collaborate in the development of business cases together with Finance, defining investments and savings for strategic projects.
  • Support the reduction of complexity in the product portfolio and in the supply network.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Planning, Intl. Logistics, Procurement, and R&D teams to ensure that the supply chain is aligned with the business's growth and transformation plans.
  • Participate in the identification and deployment of digitalization and process automation initiatives in Supply Chain.
  • Support the identification of improvement and transformation opportunities, proposing innovative and sustainable solutions.

Success Factors

  • University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business (with an SC focus) with at least 1 year of relevant experience in planning, operations, or strategic supply chain roles.
  • Always think three steps ahead, anticipating trends, risks, and opportunities for the supply chain.
  • Demonstrate passion for transformation and digitalization, actively promoting change and the adoption of new technologies.
  • Ability to connect the dots and understand the impact of decisions throughout the entire supply chain.
