This vacancy is for a CM (collaborative manufacturers) Coordinator at Unilever in Mexico, covering a 6-month maternity leave. The role is within the Supply Chain team, focusing on operational process optimization for CMs. Key responsibilities include supporting innovation processes, ensuring production plan compliance, managing stock reliability and inventories, leading waste improvement, managing KPIs, ensuring production readiness, and driving digital transformation. The position requires a background in industrial engineering, logistics, or business administration, with preferred experience in supply chain and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
Must Have
- Provide support for Innovation processes in CMs
- Guarantee compliance with the weekly production plan
- Ensure the reliability of stocks in our system
- Manage inventories and lead the E2E process for waste improvement in our CMs
- Manage productive KPIs and develop actions that improve our operational performance
- Ensure that everything is in condition for the production of our CMs
- Lead the digital transformation of the operational activities of the area
- Provide support in CM process improvement cells at Latam level
- Advanced student or university graduate in industrial engineering, logistics, business administration or related fields
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and SAP
- Continuous improvement mindset
- High analytical capacity
- Interest in developing digitalization / process automation
Good to Have
- 1-2 years of experience in supply chain positions

We are looking for a CM (collaborative manufacturers) Coordinator eager to join Supply Chain for our CM team in Mexico. We have an active position in operational process optimization for our CMs.
These are the challenges that await you:
- Provide support for Innovation processes in CMs.
- Guarantee compliance with the weekly production plan.
- Ensure the reliability of stocks in our system.
- Manage inventories and lead the E2E process for waste improvement in our CMs.

What do we need from you to be part of this experience?
- Advanced students or university graduates in industrial engineering, logistics, business administration or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience preferably in supply chain positions.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power Bi and SAP.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- High analytical capacity.
- Interest in developing digitalization / process automation.
