Job Summary
This role involves performing equipment inspections, executing preventive, predictive, and improvement maintenance activities (electrical, automation, instrumentation, and computerized control systems). The technician will correct anomalies impacting safety, quality, and productivity, analyze failures to define corrective actions, and conduct tests for new installations. They will also interact with suppliers, participate in continuous improvement groups, develop technical training, assist in audits, and ensure compliance with engineering standards and procedures.
Must Have
- Perform equipment inspections, identifying and correcting anomalies.
- Execute preventive, predictive, and improvement maintenance (electrical, automation, instrumentation, control systems) via SAP.
- Responsible for correcting anomalies impacting safety, quality, productivity, and maintenance, including modifications in digital control systems.
- Execute corrective maintenance, analyze failures (EWO's), identify root causes, and implement countermeasures.
- Execute tests for new installations (startups and commissioning) to ensure perfect functioning.
- Interact with suppliers and other factories for improvements and problem-solving.
- Participate in continuous improvement groups to enhance performance and safety.
- Develop and apply technical training for electrical/instrumentation maintenance teams.
- Assist in and participate in internal and external safety, quality, and UMS audits.
- Execute activities according to engineering standards, procedures, and work instructions.
- Elaborate Standard Work Procedures (SOP, SMP, LUP, PR-MAN).
- Authorize/Execute/Monitor/Be responsible for the execution of risky tasks (ATR).
- Monitor and certify the correct execution of work by service providers related to automation and supervisory systems.

- Execute (via SAP) preventive, predictive, and improvement maintenance activities (Kaizens) of an electrical, automation, instrumentation, and computerized control systems nature.
- Responsible for correcting anomalies that impact safety, quality, productivity, and maintenance, including modifications and reprogramming in digital control systems.
- Execute corrective maintenance activities, analyze failures (EWO's), identify root causes of breakdowns, define corrective measures to prevent recurrence, and implement countermeasures.
- Execute tests of new installations for new projects (startups and commissioning) to ensure their perfect functioning within the standards defined in the project.
- Interact with suppliers and other company factories aiming to introduce improvements and solve problems.
- Participate in continuous improvement groups, seeking opportunities in existing installations, as well as participating in their implementation, always aiming to improve the performance and safety conditions of the installations.
- Develop and apply technical training according to their level of knowledge for the electrical/instrumentation maintenance technical teams.
- Assist in the preparation and participate in internal and external safety, quality, and UMS audits, etc.
- Execute activities according to engineering standards, procedures, and work instructions to meet policies, norms (NRs), objectives, and performance standards.
